Andrew Kratzmann
Andrew Kratzmann is a former world doubles tennis champion and highly experienced tennis coach with a growing passion for Pickleball. Having dedicated his career to sport—first as a professional athlete and now as a coach—Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and leadership to The Pickleball Hive.
Driven by a belief in the power of sport to build community and foster personal growth, Andrew’s vision for The Pickleball Hive is to create an environment that is both welcoming and competitive. His approach combines high-quality coaching with a strong focus on inclusiveness, ensuring players of all levels feel supported, challenged, and inspired.
With decades of professional experience and a deep commitment to player development, Andrew leads The Pickleball Hive in delivering outstanding programs.
Louise Kratzmann
Louise Curtis Kratzmann brings a wealth of experience as a qualified and professional business manager, with a dynamic blend of expertise across sales, business development, administration, leadership, finance, and operations.
A former high-level junior tennis player and passionate netballer who proudly represented her home state of NSW, Louise has over three decades of experience in grassroots sport across both NSW and Queensland—as a player, coach, and in leadership roles.
Her true passion lies in fostering the social connection that sport—particularly pickleball—can create. Through The Pickleball Hive, Louise is committed to building a vibrant and inclusive community where people of all backgrounds can play, connect and thrive.
